Inviting members
Organization admins can invite colleagues by email from Settings → Members. Invitations expire if not accepted in time; the invitee must use the same email address the admin entered. First-time signups from an invitation land in the inviter's organization automatically. If someone already belongs to a different org, the invite may be rejected until cross-org moves are supported.
Roles
Each member is an admin or a member. Admins can invite and remove users, change roles where the UI allows, and access org-level settings (including billing on paid plans). Members can run analyses, use the queue, and view data for the org but cannot change membership or plan.
Constraints
The org must always retain at least one admin. The last admin cannot be demoted or removed without transferring admin to someone else first. Seat limits follow your plan; if you are at the maximum, upgrade or free a seat before inviting.
Billing access
Viewing and changing subscription, payment method, and billing portal access is limited to org admins. Members do not see billing screens. If you need a member to manage billing, promote them to admin or ask an existing admin to open the customer portal.
